Cancellation Policy
We require a simple 14-day notice submitted via our website form or front desk. Monthly packages stop billing immediately after the notice window expires.
Freezing Membership
Traveling or injured? You can freeze your account twice a year for up to 90 days total. Freezing stops billing but holds your lock-in rates active.
Corporate Discounts
We offer direct partner billing discounts (15% off) for local medical, education, first responder, and corporate groups of 5+ members.
